Opened in 1991, this 550 car facility is conveniently located at 21 Delay Street, overlooking the beautiful CityCenter green. The Patriot Garage is a short walk to the Metro North Station and is across the street from the Danbury Ice Arena. This facility is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Are the monthly permits prorated from date of purchase?

No. Billing is on a calendar month basis

When are payments due?

Payments are due on the first of the month for which you are parking.

How do I close my account?

Just return your access key to the office and let us know you no longer need to park with us. As long as your account is up to date, we will close it and process your deposit refund. Your account cannot be closed unless your access key is returned.

I am unable to make it to your office during the hours of operation.

We realize that some people cannot make it during office hours. We will do our best to accommodate you via emails and phone calls.

Can I park in the garage overnight or longer?

We do allow overnight parking at the rate of $1.50 per hour. While we do not permit storage, there are times that arrangements can be made for long term parking. Call the during office hours to discuss options with the staff prior to parking.
